As the coordinator for a think tank which happens to operate online, I am constantly speaking to innovators, inventors, and artistic geniuses about their ideas and latest new concepts. Now then, I will admit a few of these concepts are absolutely ridiculous, and completely laughable, but others do make a lot of sense, and many of them might even change the way you live. Often they solve the situation in our society or civilization, or they make a business more effective, or make our lives little easier.
They say that; “necessity will be the mother of invention,” and then there may well be a good level of truth to that particular, at the very least from my own observations and experiences. And each and every time we have a problem, someone comes along with a solution, plus an invention or innovation to visit in addition to it. However, before they can place their invention towards the marketplace, they have to go and obtain Idea Patent. It’s amazing just how much it costs to have a genuine patent filed, to accomplish the patent search, to fill out all of the paperwork, and you then need to wait.
We hear a lot within our society about “winning the near future” and every one of that appears to strike a chord with America, we have been saying yes, we want to progress mankind, you want our nation to get on the leading edge since we enter in the future, and that we want our innovators, entrepreneurs, and inventors to travel on the market and complete the work. Yes, that’s a noble calling, and that i believe that Americans are able to answer that call. But it’s just ludicrous, and insane for people so they are jump through so many hoops, and to come up with thousands of dollars to submit a patent, that cash may be used designing their first prototype within their garage.
It seems society is busy crushing small enterprise entrepreneur, and taking part in crony capitalism at no cost political war chest credits through large corporate lobbyists. We have been doing everything in the world to crush the tiny guy, then our company is asking that middle-class, those producers to pay more in taxes. Are you currently kidding me? Apparently not! Our company is triggered think that that’s the best way to move our nation forward. I might say to you America – that it’s not.
Last month I read an extremely interesting article in the LA times, in the small enterprise section on July 11, 2011. The content was titled; “Patent Bill Creates Worry for Independent Inventors – US Legislation Would Change the System to Paper Those First to submit Ideas,” by Cynthia’s Zwhalen. The content noted that the average patent took 33.9 months to accomplish, and this the Make My Invention Prototype and Trademark Office features a backlog at the time of May 2011 of 703,000, 175.
Those statistics are very scary, a lot more scary than the cost to file a concept patent, once you obtain finished with the drawings, the patent search, the patent attorneys, and also the filing fees – basically, you’re easily looking at between 15,000 to 25,000 dollars. Without having a patent someone will just rip you off, steal your idea, and mass produce it in China then sell it all over the world. It doesn’t seem sensible to participate in in a game which is rigged.
Worse, there exists a terrible downside to intellectual property being stolen from Americans. And when our company is to win the long run, we must protect ourselves, so we need a small amount of tea, and a little the help of the federal government to go out there and assist us. As soon as you file a patent, it doesn’t mean anything, you still have to defend yourself, and hire lawyers to travel after anyone who tries to rip them back, which costs a lot more than filing a patent.
Not to mention the veracity that in case a Corporation has somehow violated Prototype Services Inventhelp, they can run you of income, because they have in-house lawyers, before you finally have to give up. Which simply adds insult to injury to the nearly three years it took to have your patent, and all sorts of the price you’ve already put up front. The world needs these inventions and innovations now, not simply for renewable power, new transportation devices, and products and services which can be safer for your environment, but we need that tznwus businesses will get started, and commence hiring Americans, and obtain people back to work.
The government says it’s working on the problem, and maybe it thinks it is, however, when I look back and scan the last decade, all I see are common the difficulties that they’ve designed with a tremendous bureaucracy that has gotten us to this point, instead of put us inside the driver’s seat, to start with. I would personally submit to you personally that everything most of these gentlemen are going to do to fix the problem, isn’t working, so we could have been more satisfied with no of it, we need to have saved the money. Please consider all this and think on it.
